Paper on User Spectral Efficiency was accpeted to IEEE ICC

Our paper on USE metric for capacity planning of cellular network was accepted to IEEE ICC 2016. The paper will be made public soon.


Australian SDN testbed launched

The ANZ SDN testbed was launched on Monday — our Adelaide node is one of the currently active nodes.
